We undertake to manage your property and from start to finish you are guaranteed a Prompt, Professional and Personal service at all times.

Our Service Provides:

• Staff call to meet you to inspect your property, taking full details of the property and a full inventory.
• Properties are listed on our own website www.hartyauctioneers.com and on www.daft.ie. We advertise properties in the local papers subject to instructions.
• All prospective tenants are interviewed in our offices and necessary references obtained.
• A Security Deposit and one month's rent is required from tenants prior to the letting of any property.
• A standard Letting Agreement is completed.
• We register properties with the Private Residential Tenancies Board (PRTB).
• We recommend that properties are initially let on a 6 month basis and subject to satisfaction of both parties can be renewed thereafter.
• Rent monies are paid into our office unless otherwise instructed. This means that we can oversee all payments and monitor same. Monies are then transferred electronically to the Landlord's account.
• We have the services of different maintenance personnel on file should any small problems arise in the course of the letting.
• All properties are inspected on a quarterly basis and any problems reported to the landlord.
• A Final Inspection is carried out on all properties, and utility accounts paid up to date before any deposit is returned.
